A desperate search for survivors is continuing in Haiti, three days after a powerful earthquake that may have killed tens of thousands of people.
It is feared that many thousands of people are still trapped under the rubble in Haiti's capital Port-au-Prince, which was one of the worst hit by Tuesday's 7.0-magnitude earthquake.
A number of survivors, including two-year-old Redjeson Hausteen Claude, were pulled out alive from the rubble on Thursday - to the delight of their families.
Sarla Chand, a US national, was rescued after spending more than 50 hours buried under the collapsed Montana Hotel in the capital.
Thousands of the injured people are receiving medical treatment, but correspondents say that many others are now dying because of the lack of medical supplies, clean water and also food.
