Aid agencies say distribution of food and water to Haiti's earthquake victims is well under way, with the US military prioritising water.
But there have been complaints about aid delivery being too slow, not least from doctors, who say wounds are going too long without treatment.
Tens of thousands of injured are being treated at makeshift hospitals, although lack of treatment early on means many are now threatened with gangrene.
Some of the most seriously injured are being treated in a US hospital ship offshore - this helicopter is flying patients there in an attempt to ease pressure on the main city hospital.
However, the Red Cross says the most urgent relief efforts are now being met, and they are starting to move into less high-priority areas such as shelter and recovery.
