Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg has said that the only people who will get a tax break under the Tories are millionaires.
He was speaking about his party's tax strategies in Eastleigh, Hampshire, where Lib Dem MP Chris Huhne had a majority of 568 in 2005.
