Two architects from Guernsey have been shortlisted for a prestigious prize by the Royal Institute of British Architects (Riba). Paul Langlois from St Martin and Andrew Dyke were selected for the Downland Prize from nearly 100 entries. The Riba award aims to recognise and celebrate relatively small projects with a total cost of less than £1m. The overall winner of the Downland Prize will be announced at a reception in London on 22 September.
