US Navy on captain's rescue

The US Navy have held a news conference after its rescue of Captain Richard Phillips from Somali pirates.

Speaking from US central command in Bahrain, the Commander of the US 5th Fleet, Vice Admiral William Gortney outlined the events leading up to his dramatic rescue.

He also praised "the tireless efforts of all the men and women" that made it possible.
