El Dorado police have described how Jaycee Lee Dugard was found 18 years after her abduction.
At a press conference, Undersheriff Fred Kollar said California police became suspicious of a man trying to access the University of California, Berkley campus on Tuesday.
After background checks and a follow up visit to the state parole office, the man's female companion 'Allissa' was identified as Jaycee.
