US Army on shooting investigation

Colonel John Rossi and Colonel Steven Braverman have confirmed that an ongoing investigation is taking place after a US major killed 13 and wounded 28 at Fort Hood in Texas.

Colonel Doctor Steven Braverman, of the Carl R Darnall Army medical centre where Major Hasan worked, told reporters that there had been a rapid response in treating those who were injured as a result of the shooting.
