Rentokil had a "difficult" 2004

Hygiene-to-security group Rentokil Initial has appointed a new chief executive as the firm seeks to revive its fortunes.
Doug Flynn, the former head of marketing services group Aegis, will lead the firm, filling a post which has been vacant since July last year.
Rentokil lost both its chairman and chief executive in 2004 following poor results and a profit warning.
In November, it said profits would fall further because of tough trading.
"Clearly it has been a difficult last year or so but I think there is a fabulous opportunity to return this company to its glory days," Mr Flynn said.
Rentokil's share price plunged in May 2004 when the firm issued a profit warning and ousted chairman Sir Clive Thompson.
Sir Clive was once dubbed 'Mr 20%' during his time at Rentokil for his profits growth record.
Chief executive James Wilde left in July with new chairman Brian McGowan saying "a fresh pair of eyes" was needed.
