Cadbury chairman defends 'appropriate' deal

Cadbury is to be taken over by the US food company Kraft after its board approved a new increased bid.

The company's chairman, Roger Carr, spoke to the BBC's Business Editor, Robert Peston.

He explained why the company had stopped fighting Kraft's bid and decided to accept their offer.
