Marcus Akin told housemates he would not mind leaving the show

The remaining 10 Big Brother housemates will all face the public vote this week after two of them broke the show's rules on nominations. Big Brother accused Marcus Akin of a "premeditated and repeated attempt to influence" nominations by telling housemates he would be happy to leave. And Siavash Sabbaghpour refused to nominate when he was in the diary room. "Big Brother has decided it should be left to the public to decide who they want in the house," Channel 4 said. Event organiser Sabbaghpour, 23, told Big Brother he was not prepared to put anyone up for eviction this week. He left the diary room despite being warned that "refusing to nominate would have consequences". Big Brother ruled that both Sabbaghpour and Akin, a 35-year-old window fitter from London, had broken the show's rules. "As a result, all of the housemates face the public vote this week and the public will get to vote to save their favourite housemates," Channel 4 said. Akin and Sabbaghpour face the public vote alongside Bea Hamill, Charlie Drummond, David Ramsden, Freddie Fisher, Hira Habibshah, Lisa Wallace, Rodrigo Lopes and Sophie Reade.
