Kercher suspects arrive in court

Amanda Knox and Rudy Hermann Guede arrive in court in Perugia for a pre-trial hearing into the murder of British student Meredith Kercher.

Kercher's mutilated body was found in the room she shared with US student Knox while on a study exchange from the University of Leeds.

Knox, Guede, from the Ivory Coast, and a third man Italian student Raffaele Sollecito, who did not attend the hearing, all deny killing Meredith in November last year.
