It is hoped the festival will help revitalise the area

Plans for a seaside festival in Jersey have been given overwhelming support by local traders.
The event will be in the Havre des Pas area of St Helier on the 4 and 5 August, the weekend before the Battle of Flowers.
It is hoped the festival, which will include food from across Europe and beach and water activities, will help reinvigorate the area.
The organiser said the response from local traders had been phenomenal.
Mario Pirozzolo hopes the event will have a positive long-term effect.
He said: "We want to turn the town's seaside area into one of the island's major quarters and this is a brilliant way of revitalising it."
