About 80% of the restaurant's food is locally sourced

A restaurant in Jersey has been shortlisted for a national food award.
Bohemia Bar and Restaurant in Green Street, St Helier, is nominated for the Cateys Menu of the Year.
In January, the restaurant won a coveted Michelin star and the following month was listed in the top 25 two-star restaurants by Egon Ronay.
The menu includes saute of langoustines in garlic with saffron aioli, roast squab pigeon and strawberry souffle with a lime and basil sorbet.
The restaurant opened two years ago and is the only establishment in the island with the prestigious Michelin star.
Chef Shaun Rankin told BBC News he is absolutely thrilled with the nomination.
"In catering being nominated for the Cateys is a bit like the Oscars of the film industry - it's huge and there's the chance we might even win.
"We've had quite an amazing year. Everyone's worked so hard and it's been just brilliant."
Island food
Mr Rankin says the quality of local produce is a major factor in the restaurant's success.
"It's particularly great at this time of year because about 80% of our food is locally sourced, including asparagus, scallops and sea bass."
The restaurant also has three AA Rosettes for culinary excellence in the 2005 AA Restaurant Guide.
