Farmers to market full fat milk
Jersey cattle farmers in the UK are launching a campaign to promote full fat milk in a bid to save their herds.

The farmers co-operative Quality Milk Producers hope the 250,000 marketing move will turn around a decline in sales of full fat milk.

UK sales of the milk have dropped by almost a fifth since 2004, leading to a 25% drop in the number of Channel Island herds kept in the UK.

The co-operative's campaign will be launched in the UK this week.
