Chat show host Simon Dee has died at the age of 74. He presented the Dee Time programme on the BBC in the late 1960s and was one of the biggest stars on British television during that era.
Former Radio Caroline and Radio 1 DJ Johnnie Walker said Dee was a "normal guy" and a part of the youth revolution of the 60s. Here, The Beatles present him with Radio Caroline's first birthday "bell" in 1965.
