For a property worth more than 200,000 it has its limitations - no heat or water and a size of just 7ft by 5ft.
The lavishly decorated dolls' house is a copy of Spencer House, a private palace in central London.
It is the world's most expensive dolls' house and the star attraction at this year's London Dollshouse Festival in Kensington Town Hall.
The furnishings include carpets which cost 3,000 and chandeliers which cost 1,000.
The actual Spencer House was built in 1756-66 for John, first Earl Spencer, an ancestor of Diana, Princess of Wales.
Spencer House in miniature was commissioned by an American collector and created by specialists in Bath.
