Posters of missing children will be placed on vans

Vicky, aged 15, vanished on her way home from her sister's house in 1991.

The schoolgirl was travelling from her sister's flat in Livingston to her home in Redding, near Falkirk, when she disappeared.

Her father Michael Hamilton talked about how it felt:

I don't know what happened, but we think something bad has happened. I don't think we are ever going to see her again.

There was no question of her running away at all

The day she went missing she was on her way home back from her sister's in Livingston in Scotland and the last she was seen was in Bathgate.

There was no question of her running away at all.

If anyone's going to run away they are going to take money with them - her money is still lying in her bank account.

The clothing, that bit of clothing that she would have taken with her was still lying around - and she was on her way home to see a certain programme that she spoke to her sister about.

But she never appeared.

Hope

I always live in hope that she'll turn up, but I am dreading the day when, if they do find her, that they come to the door and tell me that she's dead.

I mean, that will be a big shock. I don't know how I am going to take that.

I think a lot of things should have been done that were wasted on a search basis, but it was all down to money, I believe.
