Marine Mark Ormrod was among a group of soldiers wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan, who have been talking about their experiences to Princes William and Harry.
Mark was seriously injured on Christmas Eve when he stood on a land mine, resulting in the loss of both lower legs and lower right arm.
