Do you wake early each morning - whether you want to or not? Radio 4's iPM wanted to know just who was listening to its 0545 broadcast on a Saturday morning.

Presenter Eddie Mair asked listeners to send in photos of what they were doing. Here - with a little help from BBC sound effects - the images have been brought to life.
