Fire brigade on where the blaze began

Investigators are "reasonably confident" the fatal flats fire in Camberwell, south London, started on the ninth floor, London Fire Brigade assistant commissioner Nick Collins has said.

He said the fire, which killed six people, was one of the most significant in a domestic property he had seen.
