Devon and Cornwall police will continue trying to identify the children involved in sexual abuse at a Plymouth nursery.
In a joint statement for the Crown Prosecution Service and the three police forces investigating Vanessa George, Angela Allen, from Nottingham, and Colin Blanchard, from Rochdale; the CPS's Ann Reddrop said: "It remains a police priority to identify George's victims".
