Boat owner Andrew Pindar on Iran's release of yachtsmen

Five British yachtsmen held by Iran's Revolutionary Guard for a week have been released, the UK has confirmed.

The Team Pindar-backed yacht was sailing from Bahrain to Dubai to take part in the Dubai-Muscat Offshore Race, when they apparently mistakenly strayed into Iranian waters.

Andrew Pindar, chairman of Sail Bahrain and co-owner of the boat, said as far as he knew the crew were fine and were sailing the boat slowly.
