Cameron: Edlington torture case not a one-off

David Cameron has said the case of two young boys tortured in Doncaster was not an "isolated incident of evil" but symptomatic of wider social problems.

In a pre-election speech in Kent, he argued that Britain's economic difficulties were more than matched by social problems.
