The Robin Rigg team hope the farm will open in 2009

The team which will be operating and maintaining one of the UK's largest windfarms has moved into its base in the Cumbrian port of Workington.
The team of 22 will spend the next 12 months preparing for the opening of the Robin Rigg offshore wind farm, which is expected to be completed in 2009.
The Solway Firth site is six miles off the Scottish coast and is being developed by E.ON.
It is hoped the farm will generate enough energy to power 117,000 homes.
Sally Shenton, E.ON site manager, said: "Now that we've set up a permanent base in the port, Robin Rigg is going to be an important part of the local community for the next 20 years.
"We're delighted that almost all of the team responsible for the day-to-day running of the wind farm are local.
"We've recruited 15 wind turbine technicians, engineers, a maintenance coordinator and a local administrator from across northern Cumbria, including people from Workington, Maryport, Egremont and Wigton."
