A case of swine flu has been confirmed at the University of Cambridge. A statement from the university confirmed the case involves a male Gonville & Caius College student. The university said the undergraduate has been quarantined in Cambridge and is undergoing constant medical treatment and supervision. People the man had been in close contact with have been traced and staff and students have been briefed, the university said. The World Health Organisation (WHO) declared swine flu a pandemic on Thursday.
