Tiny beach up for sale at 75,000
A tiny, rocky stretch of beach in a sought-after south Devon resort has gone on sale for 75,000.

Above the beach is a 200 sq ft fenced terrace, included in the asking price. The isolated property at Salcombe also has a stone dinghy store.

The plot off Cliff Road can only be reached by flights of steep steps.

Andrew Wood, of estate agents Edward Symmons, said it would be ideal for anyone who wanted a taste of the "Swallows and Amazons" lifestyle.

Earlier this year a tiny piece of beach near Salcombe Yacht Club was sold for an estimated 30,000.
