Some woman claim to have been sexually assaulted when drunk

A campaign is under way in Torbay to promote safe and responsible drinking among young people.
It follows a survey of local teenagers which showed the majority of 15 and 16 year olds were drinking alcohol at least once a week.
The "Know the Code Campaign" has been put together by the organisation, Safer Communities Torbay.
Using posters, leaflets and beer mats, the campaign will promote the message of responsible drinking.
The aim is not to stop young people drinking but to encourage them to do so sensibly.
The survey commissioned by Torbay Council's Youth Offending Team found that drinking was exposing teenagers to danger.
