The new turbines could power up to 10,000 homes

Outline proposals for a second windfarm near Bradworthy in north Devon have been revealed.
Three 75m (246ft) turbines at Stowford Cross, operated by Energie Kontor, have been in place for a year.
Now electricity company Coronation Power wants to build up to four 125m (410ft) high turbines at Wheeler's Cross, about 1 mile east of Bradworthy.
Campaigners who opposed the first wind farm said they intended to put up a better fight this time round.
Coronation Power say the proposed scheme, which is very much in the early stages, could generate electricity for about 10,000 homes and would contribute to the county's renewable energy targets.
