Beach bungalow sells for 300,000
House in Beach Road, Burton Bradstock
The property will be sold at auction on 27 April
A two-bedroom wooden bungalow on a remote Dorset coast has gone on sale for 300,000.

The property in Beach Road, Burton Bradstock, Dorset, has panoramic views over Lyme Bay.

The estate agents said the price was not excessive because the house could command a weekly rent of 1,200 during peak months.

The bungalow has two beds, a sitting room, bathroom, kitchen and a patio and garden.

James Pellow, of auctioneers Symonds and Sampson, of Bridport, said they had already received several emails from potential buyers.

The average price of a house in West Dorset is about 250,000 - with a typical semi-detached property selling for about 225,000.
