A mother has denied murdering her disabled adult son a year after attempting to murder him.
Frances Inglis, 57, of Dagenham, Essex, is accused of attempting to kill Thomas Inglis, 22, on 4 September 2007 and killing him on 21 November 2008.
Ms Inglis appeared via videolink at the Old Bailey before the Common Serjeant of London, Judge Brian Barker.
She spoke only to confirm her name and to deny both charges, and was remanded in custody to be tried on 5 January.
