A historic clock has been stolen from a 14th century church bell tower in Gloucestershire.

The clock, which is about 100 years old, is worth more than 300. It went missing from St Laurence Church in Stroud between 25 and 27 October.

The clock is 12 inches in diameter with a cone pendulum movement and was set below the church's 700-year-old spire.

Anyone with information about the clock theft should contact Gloucestershire Police.
