Life-saving officer to get award
A Herefordshire policewoman who resuscitated a seven-month-old baby boy is to receive an award.

Pc Susan Clarke, 38, from Leominster, was just finishing her shift when a man ran towards her with his motionless son who had started to turn blue.

She gave Thomas Dominic, who is also from the town, mouth-to-mouth resuscitation before he was taken to hospital where he made a full recovery.

The Royal Humane Society is to give Pc Clarke a resuscitation certificate.

A spokesman for the society says it was a "textbook" resuscitation case and she refused to give up.
