Twenty six turbines will be built

The first in a series of lorry convoys carrying parts for a new moorland wind farm has made its first delivery.
The trucks carried the first in a series of cargo loads to Scout Moor, between Edenfield and Rochdale.
The 26 turbines are being sent under police escort along the M60 and M66 and along Blackburn Road to Edenfield over the next six months.
Several roads will close for around 30 minutes during the delivery times, over the lunchtime period.
Objections
Local councillors have been campaigning for details of arrangements to be released for several months.
Some residents objected to the wind farm, fearing problems with increased traffic, damage to the landscape and the noise of the turbines as their blades turn in the wind.
Developers Peel Holdings have said no deliveries will be made outside 1000 to 1400 GMT.
