Revellers are being warned about what police say is a dangerous drug, sold online as plant feeder, which is appearing on the streets of Lancashire. Mephedrone, which is known locally as "Bubble" or "Michael", is being taken by teenagers in the Hyndburn area. Side effects from taking the drug, which is not illegal, include paranoia, diarrhoea and depression. Police are warning people about the dangers of Mephedrone and say using the drug could prove fatal.
