Hospitals in Lincolnshire are over budget, according to a report from the chief executive of the county's main health trust.
It comes less than a week after the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust was given one star out of a possible three for its performance.
Roger Paffard from the trust said there is an uncomfortable level of pressure on beds and waiting lists.
In May, the trust was already 650,000 over budget.
A public meeting is being held next month, when people can ask questions of the chairman and chief executive.
