Woodland site set for a makeover
A grant of 14,000 is being spent on improving a woodland.

The Landfill Tax Credit funding from a waste company has been awarded to the Lincolnshire-based conservation charity, the Woodland Trust.

Workers will use the cash to carry out improvement work on Sleaford Wood, a 26-acre site.

The woodland has benefited from the scheme through which firms can invest money from their landfill tax bills into community projects.
