Part of Trafalgar Square has been pedestrianised

Dancers and musicians will take over Trafalgar Square on Sunday as part of a summer of activities taking place in the newly-redeveloped landmark.
"Fast Forward" also includes the sort of cultural events which those behind London's Olympic bid hope will help win it the 2012 Games.
It includes an aerial performance on five "Olympic rings" and a dance routine based on basketball moves.
A giant screen will also show events from the Athens Games.
Fast Forward has a culturally-diverse line-up from UK hip hop star Estelle to contemporary dancer Sheron Wray and jazz musicians Tomorrow's Warriors.
'Show your support'
Mayor Ken Livingstone has said reaching out to different communities is "essential" for the Olympic bid's success.
The city that wins the 2012 bid must organise a Cultural Olympiad - a programme of cultural events - in the run-up to the Games.
Those behind London's bid believe its music, art and theatre will strengthen its bid.
"London is the most vibrant, exciting and culturally diverse city in the world," said bid chairman Seb Coe.
"Today is a great opportunity to register support for London's bid."
