The Walker family plan to teach children about racial harmony

A festival in memory of the murdered teenager Anthony Walker is being held in Liverpool this weekend.
The event has been staged by his family, who set up the Anthony Walker Foundation to promote racial harmony.
It will feature sport, music, art and education, with a series of workshops held by his mother and sister aimed at tackling racism and bullying.
The 18-year-old was killed with an ice axe in McGoldrick Park in Huyton, Merseyside, on 29 July last year.
Cousins Michael Barton, 17, and Paul Taylor, 20, were convicted of the killing in November 2005.

Barton, of Boundary Road, Huyton, will serve a minimum of 17 years and eight months.
Taylor, of Elizabeth Road, Huyton, admitted murder and was told he must serve at least 23 years and eight months.
Anthony's family are devoted Christians and have spoken about their willingness to forgive his killers.
Mother Gee, 49, and sister Dominique, 21, set up the charity in his honour.
It is hoped the Anthony Walker Festival will be an annual event.
It will be held at the Greenbank Sports Academy & Sefton Park, Liverpool.
