Hundreds of athletes who have undergone organ transplants are due to start their annual national championships.
The British Transplant Games are being held over the next four days at the University of East Anglia, Norwich.
Competitors of all ages will take part in events including high jump, long jump, shot putt and a variety of running events.
The highly competitive games have been staged at various cities in the UK for more than 25 years.
Organisers say the games, which start on Thursday, aim to promote the benefits of transplant surgery and encourage organ donation.
