Planners have given their approval to the scheme

A new 13m arts centre in Nottingham has been labelled as "inappropriate, sickly and disappointing" by the city's Civic Society.
The city council has given the go-ahead to the scheme in the Lace Market.
The complex will hold exhibitions, live art, education activities, conferences and club nights.
But its angular shape and green colouring has attracted some criticism. Hilary Sylvester, from the society, called for the design to be modified.
Councillor Leon Unczur, however, said he hoped that people would grow to love the proposed centre in time.
The Centre for Contemporary Art Nottingham (CCAN) has been planned for several years.
It is being led by Nottingham City Council, the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University, and supported by Arts Council England and the Greater Nottingham Partnership.
