Police have interviewed drivers at the scene of a crash in which three boys were killed a week ago.
Josh Bartlett, Marshall Haynes and Liam Hastings, all 13, were killed while on a birthday outing when the Citroen they were in collided with a Honda Civic.
The driver of the other car, Howard Hillsdon, 21, from Yarnton, also died. Five other people remain in hospital.
Officers returned to the scene on the A4142 Oxford bypass on Saturday evening, to carry out roadside checks.
The Citroen Xsara is thought to have crossed the central reservation before colliding with Mr Hillsdon's Honda on 28 May.
Birthday outing
Conor Hunt, 12, Jake Proper, Aiden Wood and Anton Dublin, all 13, are being treated at the John Radcliffe 2 Hospital in Oxford, while the 45-year-old woman driver is in a critical condition in the Great Western Hospital in Swindon.
The seven young friends were on an outing to celebrate the birthday of the woman's son.
In a statement, Insp Steve Bridges said: "Four of the boys who were in the Citroen Xsara remain in the JR2 Hospital.
"Two are still in a critical condition, another two have left the intensive care unit and are stable."
Police said none of the injured was well enough to be interviewed.
Mr Bridges added: "Detailed examinations of the cars involved have been completed and the evidence is now being collated and analysed.
