The wind farm will be 100% community owned and run

Five controversial wind turbines are to be built in rural Oxfordshire, after planners gave the go-ahead for a community-owned and run wind farm.
The 6m Westmill Wind Farm Co-op, at Watchfield, will provide energy for about 3,700 homes.
Many local residents oppose the plan saying they would be a blight on the landscape and that vibrations could have an impact on schoolchildren.
The district council gave permission at a meeting on Wednesday.
Westmill Wind Farm Co-op said the turbines provided a safe form of renewable energy.
Work will start in Spring 2006 with the minimum co-op investment set at 250.
"This is a great opportunity for people to co-own a wind farm and do their bit in the fight against climate change and dwindling energy supplies," said Steve Lunn, a director of Westmill Wind Co-op.
"We relish this important task of building the region's first wind farm, which uniquely for the UK will be owned by those who live in the area."
