Triple flood warning for county

Three flood alerts have been issued for rivers in Oxfordshire.

Heavy rain has been forecast across the Thames Valley region over the weekend and water levels are already said to be high and rising.

The Environment Agency warns that the River Evenlode from Moreten in Marsh through to Cassington could burst its banks over the weekend.

Similar warnings apply on the River Glyme at Wootton and Woodstock and the River Ray from Shipton Lee to Islip.
