The Bath Spa complex is almost three years overdue

Construction giant Mowlem has left the Bath Spa site - several hours after a deadline set by the city's council.
Mowlem was sacked by Bath and North East Somerset Council (Banes) from its role at the troubled project, following a series of public rows.
The firm says it left the site late because Banes had not completed all the necessary paperwork.
Mowlem finally left the site at 2130 BST on Thursday - Banes had asked them to leave by 1900 BST.
Mowlem and Banes have been locked in a dispute over problems at the complex, including peeling paint in the pools and leaking floors.
Mowlem has blamed the defects on poor design.
The centre is almost three years overdue, and the costs have rocketed from �13m to �35m.
The firm building the new Wembley stadium, Capita Symonds, is due to take over Mowlem's role.
