A room providing police officers and staff the space to pray, meditate, worship or reflect is being officially opened at Brighton police station.
The All Faith Room has been designed to reflect the diverse, multi-cultural make-up of Sussex Police.
Muslim, Jewish and Buddhist leaders will be among the guests attending the opening ceremony on Monday.
Ch Supt Paul Curtis said it would allow staff to follow their faith in "a private and dignified manner".
The room was designed after a team from Sussex Police Headquarters visited other all faith rooms across the country.
Police in Brighton and Hove also liaised with religious groups in the city on its design and colour scheme while a competition was held among local schools to design artwork.
