Pest control firm Rentokil is to move its head office from East Grinstead to London, it has announced.
The company employs about 500 staff in its offices in the West Sussex town but said no jobs would be lost as a result of the move.
Management said it was part of a re-organisation plan which would see two other company divisions in East Grinstead relocated to one site there.
They said the changes "would not affect many people".
