Cannabis factory raided by police

Detectives who raided a house in Suffolk have found a cannabis factory with 350 plants.

Police acting on a warrant went to the house in Kingfisher Avenue, Ipswich, at about 1030 GMT.

About 350 cannabis plants of varying sizes from seedlings up to 2ft tall were seized, a spokeswoman said.

A 30-year-old male was later arrested on suspicion of production of cannabis. He was due to be questioned in the evening, said police.
