A music festival in Sussex has been given the go-ahead by councillors who agreed to grant a licence after considering a 300-page report.
Last year, 10,000 people attended the Beachdown Festival in the South Downs, on private farmland near Devil's Dyke.
Grace Jones and Super Furry Animals will headline this year's event over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
Local residents had raised concerns about the impact on the area from an increase in traffic and noise.
The festival, which was held for the first time last year, is promising three stages, nine bars - some of which will be open until 0400 - a theatre and dance tent, films and plays.
It will also see the return of the "big lemon buses", which are run on 100% recycled cooking oil, and will shuttle festival-goers between Brighton and the festival site throughout the day and night.
