Teenage driver dies after crash
|

A teenager has died in hospital after the car he was driving crashed in County Durham.
Simon Walker, aged 18, from Fairfield in Stockton, suffered serious head injuries in the incident in Darlington Back Lane on 4 January.
A Cleveland Police spokesman said Mr Walker died in Middlesbrough's James Cook University Hospital on Monday.
Mr Walker's Citroen overturned after failing to negotiate a bend. An appeal for witnesses has been made.
