County Down band Snow Patrol are to headline this year's Oxegen festival outside Dublin.
The acclaimed group are to appear at the festival at Punchestown Racecourse, Naas, on Saturday, July 7.
Oxegen 2006 was the fastest-selling event in the Irish music calendar and tickets for 2007 are expected to be snapped up in record time.
Devon trio Muse - crowned Best Live Act at the Brits earlier this month - will also play on Saturday night.
Other acts confirmed to play are Brit winners The Fratellis, James Morrison and Amy Winehouse as well as Bloc Party, Kings of Leon, My Chemical Romance, Interpol, The Kooks, Klaxons, Scissor Sisters, Babyshambles, Daft Punk, Tori Amos and CSS.
More than 100 bands and artists - most of whom are breakthrough acts - as well as DJs will entertain crowds over the weekend of 7 and 8 July.
Tickets go on general sale at 0800 GMT on Friday, 2 March, and will be limited to four per person.
A weekend ticket with camping costs 197.50 euro. A day ticket costs 96.50 euro and two-day tickets with no camping cost 177.50 euro.
This year the event is strictly over 17s.
